The location was incredible, with the hotel situated right on the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing, and I loved being able to relax and enjoy the beach scenery. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable.

Our stay here was wonderful, reasonable base for exploring Goa. Amazing breakfast each day. A view of the pool from our window. Free parking on-site was provided

The rooms are big, the pool is lovely and the restaurannt staff and food was good.
The hotel staff are the rudest, most incompetant and evasive people I have ever dealt with in all my years of travelling through 43 countries. We had to arge with the guy at the front for 2 hours and threaten to leave to not pay a 50% supplement for 3 people in the room, when there was now 2. We had our bags packed and were walking out the door, when he finally realised he wasn't going to make a cent out of us and dropped the price. And when I asked him why he waited to see if we were bluffing, his reply 'it's business'. (which implied we dont give rats about our customers, its about making as much money as possible) which was very evident. The staff have no autonomy to make decision and have to constantly call 'the manager' who is never at the hotel. They can't even move customers to another room without calling the micro-manager. Nice hotel, but the TERRIBLE hotel management who constantly lied to us about everything undo all the good and made our 5 day stay the worst hotel experience i've ever had. When your paying USD 160 per night for a room, this should never, ever happen. 5 star prices, 1 star service. I highly recommend you look at other options.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Candolim beach and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent - the prices were reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the rooms being cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The interiors were well-designed and added a touch of luxury to the stay. Lastly, the included breakfast was a great start to the day, with a variety of options available.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

Good location. Nice Bar. Friendly staff. Comfortable and modern rooms. Quiet and not over crowded.
Little rough round the edges. Sunbeds are the most uncomfortable in the World! Pool could do with a make-over and a clean. Staff a little slow. Nice beach, but public so you will be pestered all day by people trying to massage your feet or sell you stuff.

Great beach access and affordable price for the location. Pleasant staff that work hard to make guests feel welcome.
Terrible WiFi and the room was outdated and poorly maintained. the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located near the beach, making it easy for me to access and enjoy the beautiful coastline. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
There were a couple of aspects of my stay that I did not particularly like. the room I stayed in was quite small and cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable for me to relax in.
